Opening - School Board Prayer
Approval of minutes from previous meeting
ï Finance & Development-BM/No update. There has not been a meeting since November.
ï Catholic Identity-JD/Constitution was submitted over break and we are waiting on approval.
ï Enrollment & Marketing-AR/No update
ï Principal Evaluation-AJ/Spring
ï Strategic Planning-BM/See Handout
1.Strategic Planning – handout and discussion of data that needs to be gathered, assignments were given.
2.Tuition- The decisions from the School Board are as follows
ï Book and Tech Fee will be $275.00
ï Registration Fee will be raised from $30 to $50.00 per family (Most Catholic Schools in Ft Wayne charge $100)
ï There will be an 9% Increase on Tuition Fees for 1st Child-3rd Child
1.Sara and Mrs. Sandor will attend the Catholic School Fair in Angola at St. Anthony of Padua on January 24.
2.Feb. 1 is the Light of Learning Luncheon at 1 pm and Mike Baker will attend.
3.St. Mary School applied for the Noble REMC Round Up Grant to help purchase a defibrillator, and Knox Box and Walkie Talkies for the school.
